REFUND POLICY
Return & Replacement Window
We accept return or replacement requests within 7 days of delivery. If your product is damaged, defective, or not as described, you can initiate a return or replacement within this period.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return, please email us at support@anvilsolutions.in with your order number and a brief reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will schedule a pickup from your address. After the item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 15 days.
Refund Timelines & Contact
Once your return is confirmed, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, this can take 5–7 business days to reflect.
If you’ve requested a replacement but would now like to cancel and keep the original item, email us at support@anvilsolutions.in with your order details.
